Process

Five moves from first call to running system

No mystery phases, no disappearing for six weeks. Every SWRV project runs the same shape — sized to the project.

01

Map

Week 0–1

Before design, we chart the territory: what systems you run today, where data lives, what breaks, and what the project must connect to. The Project Builder gives us a head start; a working session finishes the map.

You get

  • System map
  • Scope document
  • Fixed quote or engagement plan
02

Design

Weeks 1–3

Brand, interface, and data model designed together, on your real content. You review working designs in the browser — not static mockups that fall apart when real text arrives.

You get

  • Design system
  • Page and screen designs
  • Data model
03

Build

Weeks 2–8

Development starts while design finishes. From the first week you get a working preview URL that updates continuously — you watch the system come together and correct course early, cheaply.

You get

  • Weekly preview releases
  • Content structure
  • Test coverage
04

Connect

Overlaps build

Integrations are built against your real accounts — POS, payments, calendars, email, analytics — and tested with real flows: a test sale, a test booking, a test refund.

You get

  • Live integrations
  • GA4 events
  • Search Console
05

Run

Launch + 30 days

Launch is a checklist, not a ceremony: redirects verified, analytics receiving, backups running. Then a 30-day review against real traffic and real usage, with fixes included.

You get

  • Launch checklist
  • 30-day review
  • Documentation & training
