Privacy policy

Plain-language version first: we collect what you type into our forms so we can respond, we don't sell it, and we don't load advertising trackers.

What we collect

  • Information you submit — contact form and Project Builder responses: your name, email, business details, and project description. We use it to respond and to prepare for a project conversation. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.
  • Technical basics — our hosting provider logs standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and reliability. We use IP addresses transiently for rate limiting on forms.
  • Analytics — only if enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 in a privacy-conscious configuration to understand which pages are useful. We do not run advertising pixels or sell audience data.

What we never do

  • Sell, rent, or trade your information.
  • Add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
  • Use form submissions to train AI models.

Where your data goes

Form submissions may be delivered to us through email (transactional email provider) and stored in the systems we use to run the business (email, CRM). Our subprocessors are standard infrastructure providers — hosting, email delivery — bound by their own data-processing agreements.

Retention

We keep inquiry data as long as it's relevant to a current or potential engagement, then delete it. You can shortcut this at any time: email us and we'll delete your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email hello@swrv.tech — no forms, no hoops.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and note the change here.
