About

A studio built on one conviction: business systems should connect

SWRV Tech — pronounced “Swerve Tech” — exists because most businesses run a website in one place, operations in another, and lose money in the gap between them.

The founder

Cord Palmer

Full-stack engineer and product builder. Before SWRV, Cord shipped 150+ production websites — including 36+ ecommerce builds in cannabis retail, one of the most operationally demanding categories on the web: hourly menu syncs from POS systems, jurisdiction-specific compliance, restricted payment rails, and multi-store brands.

That background is why SWRV starts every project with a system map instead of a homepage sketch. When you've built stores where the website must agree with the register, the inventory, and the regulator — you stop believing in websites that sit outside the business.

SWRV is deliberately small. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and every codebase is written to be handed off — you own the code, the data, and the accounts from day one.

How we work

Four working principles

Systems before pages

Every project starts by mapping what the build must know about your operations. Pages are the last mile, not the plan.

Honest proof only

Founder work is labeled founder work. Demo content is labeled demo. If we can't support a claim, we cut the claim.

Working previews, weekly

You review the real product in your browser from the first week — never a slideshow about the product.

Built for handoff

Typed code, real documentation, your accounts. Any competent developer can pick up a SWRV codebase — by design.
